Midwest Medical Transport Co. is a Nebraska formed company, founded by owners Kim and Jill Wolfe.  Kim and Jill started operating as Platte County Ambulance Company in 1987 with a used ambulance and operating out of an apartment building in Columbus.

From these humble beginnings, due to their devotion and deep desire to fill the void in medical transfer services, the Wolfe’s have built what is today known as Midwest Medical Transport Co.. 

Midwest Medical Transport Co. currently serves all of Nebraska and Western Iowa with ten stations and a fleet of fully equipped medical ambulances, highly trained and certified personnel, as well as wheelchair van transfers and a state of the art medical helicopter. 

Midwest Medical Transport Co. provides wheelchair van transporation, Basic and Advanced Life Support Services as well as Critical Care and Air Med transporation.  We strive to provide high quality patient care beginning with your initial contact with our Dispatchers and ending with our Billing Department which is committed to getting you the highest level of reimbursement available from your insurance provider.
