Midwest Medical expanded into Grand Island in 2000 and built a new station in 2001. The Grand Island Station is located at 2650 North Diers Street, and houses four fully equipped Advance Life Support Ambulances. Grand Island employs twenty-five employees 10 of which are Paramedics and 10are EMT’s.

The Grand Island Station provides service to all the surrounding hospitals and facilities including St. Francis, Grand Island Veterans Hospital, Howard County Hospital and Litzenberg Memorial Hospital among many others.

Jim Connely serves as the Grand Island, Hastings and Lexington area Manager.
