Midwest Medical Expanded to the Fremont area in 2002. The Fremont Station is located at 360 West 52nd Street and houses 3 fully equipped Advanced Life Support Ambulances, along with a wheelchair van. Fremont employs nine full-time and over 15 part-time employees including Critical Care Paramedics, Paramedics, EMTs, and Drivers. The Fremont Station is proud to have over 50% of it’s employees volunteering for their hometown Fire/Rescue Departments.

Our Fremont station provides service to all the area hospitals including Fremont Area Medical Center, Oakland Memorial, St. Francis Hospital, Alegent Schuyler Memorial Hospital, Saunders County Medical Center, Pender Hospital and Mercy Medical Center among others.

Community Involvement is very important at the Fremont Station. Over 50% of Fremont employees are volunteering for their hometown Fire/Rescue Departments. The Fremont Station is very proud to be able to be part of a Make-a-Wish dream come true in the fall of 2008.

The Fremont Station Manager is Joseph Roberts. Joseph is a Critical Care Paramedic, as well as a BLS, ACLS, PALS, and EMS Instructor. Joseph has been involved in EMS for over 14 years as an EMT, Paramedic, and Critical Care Paramedic. In 2008, Joseph was named Nebraska Paramedic of the Year by the Nebraska EMS Association.
